Venue Fee - $600/hour with a 4 hour minimum - Private use of the House and Front Gardens

Choice of White Garden (Up to 75 Guests) or Evening/Ballroom Gardens (Up to 100 Guests)

60 inch round tables, linens, and seating (upgrades available)

Hydration Station - citrus infused water carafes & plastic cups

Celebration Customizations


 

Enhance your Celebration with these inclusive Christmas House options:

  • Catering options - brunch, buffet or food station menu options - pricing starts at $47 per person and includes dinnerware, stemware, flatware and linen napkins

  • Add mimosa bar - $8 per person

  • Add Champagne on Arrival (champagne and sparkling lemonade served for the first 30 minutes of your event while guests are arriving and mingling) - $5 per person

  • Add 4 hours of hosted bar service - pricing starts at $14.69 per person (tax and service charge included) - cash bar options available

  • Valet Parking - required with guest counts with 50+ guests

  • Additional Upgrades and Rentals available
