when the final note fades, your night continues with a private after party and sleepover

  • 🎶 concert admission with early check-in + priority parking

  • 🕯️ private after party with snacks + soda provided

  • 🛏️ exclusive use of the house for up to 8 guests - share it with friends, or reserve it as a private escape for two

  • 🍳 breakfast served in the dining room the next morning

  • ⏰ check in at 6:30pm - checkout the next morning at 11am


ages 21+ only - valid ID required at check-in

  • tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.

  • capacity is limited to 20 general admission guests and 1 vip group of up to 8.

  • check-in: vip guests may arrive early for room check-in. Valid ID will be required for check in for all guests.

  • seating: general admission is first come, first served. vip guests will receive priority seating.

  • dress code: halloween chic - gothy, vampy, darkly romantic. fan t-shirts welcomed.

  • food & drink: appetizers, aka light bites, and desserts will be available throughout the concert. one glass of champagne and one specialty cocktail are included with admission. additional alcohol is not permitted to be brought onto the property. vip after party includes snacks + soda.

  • overnight stay (vip only): four bedrooms included. rooms accommodate 1–2 guests each. all guests must check out by 11am the following morning. Room Information can be found HERE

  • parking: priority parking included for vip. general admission parking available on site and on the street in front of The Christmas House.

  • photography: personal photos are welcome, but professional camera equipment/tripods are not permitted.

  • conduct: this is a private, intimate event. disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

About The Musicians

My Tran (Piano/Artistic Director)

My Tran is a classically trained pianist and collaborative artist who brings elegance, emotion, and a personal touch to weddings and live events across Southern California. With a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Chapman University and over a decade of experience, she specializes in live renditions of meaningful songs for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and special moments.

My’s classical foundation paired with her love of contemporary music allows her to craft performances that reflect each couple’s unique story. Whether performing solo piano arrangements of pop ballads, timeless love songs, or custom requests, her playing adds warmth and beauty to every event.
