• tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.

• capacity is limited to 20 general admission guests and 1 vip group of up to 8.

• check-in: vip guests may arrive early for room check-in. Valid ID will be required for check in for all guests.

• seating: general admission is first come, first served. vip guests will receive priority seating.

• dress code: halloween chic - gothy, vampy, darkly romantic. fan t-shirts welcomed.

• food & drink: appetizers, aka light bites, and desserts will be available throughout the concert. one glass of champagne and one specialty cocktail are included with admission. additional alcohol is not permitted onto the property. vip after party includes snacks + soda.

• parking: priority parking included for vip. general admission parking available on site and on the street in front of The Christmas House.

• photography: personal photos are welcome, but professional camera equipment/tripods are not permitted.

• conduct: this is a private, intimate event. disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
